If I am a developer, among my OSH & Fire Safety liabilities are:
If the building exceeds the limits stipulated in Act 309/2006 Coll. or if the work is classified according to Government Regulation No. 591/2006 Coll., the project documentation must include the OSH Plan, which is, in the case of larger buildings, required by the Work Inspectorate as soon as in the construction management.
If the building exceeds the limits stipulated in Act 309/2006 Coll. or if the work is classified according to Government Regulation No. 591/2006 Coll., the start of the construction must be reported to the Regional Work Inspectorate at least 8 days before handing the construction site.
If the building exceeds the limits stipulated in Act 309/2006 Coll. or if the work is classified according to Government Regulation No. 591/2006 Coll., the employer / investor / developer is obliged to appoint or hire an OSH coordination for the construction.
